Dr. Oonagh McDonald, CBE - Cripto Capital
Dr. McDonald is an International Financial Regulatory Expert, Author & Speaker.
A former British Member of Parliament, Dr. McDonald has spent over 25 years as an expert in financial regulation. She was formerly a Board member of the UK Financial Services Authority, the Investors Compensation Scheme and the Financial Ombudsman Service, and the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission. That gave her a clear understanding of how regulation and supervision works in practice. She has conducted research on regulation and supervision in the USA and the European Union and published research reports on her findings. She has also advised regulatory authorities on all aspects of regulation and supervision under the auspices of the Asian Development Bank and USAID.
She has also served as an independent director of commercial companies, including the international board of Skandia Insurance Company based in Sweden and an investment management company in the UK. She is the author of numerous reports and articles and several books, including, Holding Bankers to Account, 2019 and Cryptocurrencies: money, trust and regulation, 2021. She was awarded the CBE, Commander of the British Empire, a national honor awarded by the Queen for her contribution to financial regulation and business.

Sarala Pandey is presently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager for Chipotle.
Sarala Pandey is presently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager for Chipotle. She is responsible for managing resource, creating and maintaining QA standards and process for the entire Restaurant support and corporate support application in addition she also manages the RPA team. She drives all QA phases of the Agile development process and responsible for quarterly delivery of all restaurant support and corporate support applications to production. Prior to this Sarala has managed Digital team and in addition, Sarala has enhanced organizational efficiency & efficacy by piloting test automation, exploratory testing, and the continuing education program. She works with each IT team member including Developer, BSA and Architecture to achieve quality assurance operation objectives by preparing & completing action plans within budgetary constraints, as well as individual counseling to ensure professional development. Sarala has provided technical solutions and trainings outside of Digital Channels to the following teams at Huntington: Mergers & Acquisitions, Payment Center, Credit Card, ESS, EDW, MAX, MDM, HAWC, and Leapfrog Mortgage Loan Applications. Sarala is passionate about reducing cost without compromising quality.

She not only sets the goal but also provides the resources to achieve those goals for her team Sarala began her career in QA with an internship at Online Computer Library Center (OCLC). Over the course of 20 years, she has served as a QA Analyst, QA Lead, Off-shore Liaison, and finally as a QA Manager. She is responsible for delivering industry-wide SDLC standards to AT&T/IBM, SypherLink and Huntington National Bank. She has extensive experience in analyzing scope document, reviewing requirements, writing test plans, providing estimate and project management strategy, project summary documents, metrics & reporting, requirement strategy, and defect management. Sarala has managed projects with Quality Center, Team Foundation Server, and JIRA. Additionally, she has built an offshore testing team while at AT&T and built a QA team at SypherLink, where there was no QA previously.

Les Stein is the director of the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership Program at Northeastern University.
Les retired as a colonel in the United States Marine Corps after serving 27 years on active duty. As a Marine officer, he served in numerous leadership positions, with more than 10 years in operational commands and 10 years in training and education commands. After retirement from the Marine Corps, Les worked as the executive director of two charter schools, both of which were failing and needed to be turned around. He believes strongly that an organization’s primary success comes from strong leadership first and technical or operational capabilities second. Les has published two books, one on business strategies and the other on turning around failing schools, along with numerous journal articles on leadership. He is the director of the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership Program at Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies.
