Patrick J. Quilter Jr. is the CEO of Prometheus8 providing leadership at both the business and technical levels. He has over 20 years of software development experience leading FinTech teams within several enterprise organizations such as Vanguard, Travelers Insurance, GEICO, and Computer Science Corporation (CSC.) Patrick has also worked as a DevOps consultant providing technical guidance to the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal government agencies. Patrick was awarded a US patent for a client/server, automation framework that has been configured with many popular automation engines.
Previously, he assisted organizations as the owner and CEO of Quilmont Solutions providing organizations with a comprehensive automated testing practice by fully utilizing industry-leading testing tools for mobile, web, & desktop applications. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Business Technology Management.

Les Stein is the director of the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership Program at Northeastern University.
Les retired as a colonel in the United States Marine Corps after serving 27 years on active duty. As a Marine officer, he served in numerous leadership positions, with more than 10 years in operational commands and 10 years in training and education commands. After retirement from the Marine Corps, Les worked as the executive director of two charter schools, both of which were failing and needed to be turned around. He believes strongly that an organization’s primary success comes from strong leadership first and technical or operational capabilities second. Les has published two books, one on business strategies and the other on turning around failing schools, along with numerous journal articles on leadership. He is the director of the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership Program at Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies.
