Jan is Principal Advisory Consultant for Operational Risk & Resilience. She has served the financial sector primarily in the role of preparing firms for the resiliency that is best tailored for the firm itself. Consideration of known and potential risks has her focus. She has roots as a technologist, graduating roles within that structure into project, portfolio, and program management collaborating with stakeholders for over 30 years.
In this role, regulators are partners in supporting the financial industry to protect the global markets. This is the key driver of the contribution made in this discipline. Known as a dynamic contributor to FIA, SIFMA, and Reg SCI working groups, Jan enjoys engaging in the exchange of ideas which brings her here today.
She holds certifications, based on FFIEC from BRCCI; as follows: CBRITP, CBRM, and CBRA. As a companion to those prerequisites; Jan submitted her thesis to apply for the distinguished Masters of Achievement in Business Resilience (MABR), an account of leadership in actual critical events from the BRCCI board.

Robert London is an independent Senior IT Project Manager, Project Assurance Consultant, and Requirements Manager. His client work over the past 20 years has focused on project management, solution architecture, project restructuring, and requirements management for large and small ERP, BI-DWH, and custom development implementations with budgets from $5 to $250 million dollars and staffed with virtual and on-premises teams of 40 or more technical personal in commercial, state, and federal sectors.
After receiving an undergraduate degree in physiological psychology and a Master's in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Robert’s first job was at AT&T-Bell laboratories designing and implementing communications and business systems. After cycling through several Fortune 25 companies, he settled at Oracle Corporation as a large-scale enterprise consultant for ERP and business intelligence projects, and after ten years at Oracle moved into independent consulting.
As a seasoned IT manager, he provides my clients with a mature perspective on improving project performance through sound project management practices and productive teams. Robert’s project leadership objective is always to create a collaborative and supportive team culture. Successful projects are about successful people. Current IT certificates include: PMI-PMP, CSM, A-CSM, CSP, ITIL, SSM, and ECBA.

Dr. Oonagh McDonald, CBE - Cripto Capital
Dr. McDonald is an International Financial Regulatory Expert, Author & Speaker.
A former British Member of Parliament, Dr. McDonald has spent over 25 years as an expert in financial regulation. She was formerly a Board member of the UK Financial Services Authority, the Investors Compensation Scheme and the Financial Ombudsman Service, and the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission. That gave her a clear understanding of how regulation and supervision works in practice. She has conducted research on regulation and supervision in the USA and the European Union and published research reports on her findings. She has also advised regulatory authorities on all aspects of regulation and supervision under the auspices of the Asian Development Bank and USAID.
She has also served as an independent director of commercial companies, including the international board of Skandia Insurance Company based in Sweden and an investment management company in the UK. She is the author of numerous reports and articles and several books, including, Holding Bankers to Account, 2019 and Cryptocurrencies: money, trust and regulation, 2021. She was awarded the CBE, Commander of the British Empire, a national honor awarded by the Queen for her contribution to financial regulation and business.
