Summary

In this session we have a life interview with Remco Putker, the Program Manager of a large scale HR ERP implementation program at EY in The Netherlands. Remco describes the benefits that EY found adopting the SpiraPlan platform for managing the entire implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors. In addition, Remco provides some key  recommendations and lessons learned for other organizations looking for implement an ALM tool like SpiraPlan on a large scale in a short time frame.
