So, we are happy to share with you a sure way to convince your boss to approve your participation in this annual tech conference. Here is the Email Template to get you started:

Re: Why I must attend InflectraCon 2023 

I’m writing to request approval to attend Inflectra’s USER conference of the year, InflectraCon 2023, on April 91-21, 2023, in Washington, DC. 

InflectraCon 2023 is three full days of:

  • a full day of hands-on interactive training and 1-on-1 sessions with the Inflectra Team, including:

    • deep dives into product features and administration 

    • new functionality in Inflectra’s platforms, 

    • discussions of best practices

  • full 2-day multi-track conference where I can learn from the industry leaders about the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in agile testing, DevOps, and security

  • virtual bonus sessions 

  • networking with other Inflectra users and a wide tech audience and speakers of the conference.

In addition to diving into content-rich sessions led by Team Inflectra experts, I will connect with this industry’s top professionals. At a cost of about $X, it's the most cost-effective way to ensure that we’re getting the most from our Inflectra platform investment and should result in an immediate ROI.

Onsite, I will join fellow Spira and Rapise users, Inflectra technology partners, and industry speakers in breakout training sessions, Keynote talks, and 20+ thought leadership sessions and interact with Team Inflectra in the Inflectra workshops and Inflectra Ninja sessions. The opportunity to meet face-to-face with Inflectra and build our relationship is invaluable and something that I can leverage across projects I am running next year.

 

Here’s an approximate breakdown of conference costs:

  • Airfare/transportation: $ X

  • Transportation: (round trip taxi from the airport to hotel): Roughly $40

  • Hotel: Kellogg Conference Hotel, Gallaudet University, Washington, DC: Three nights, $199/night + $12 fee + 14.5% tax

  • Early Bird Registration (expires on January 31, 2022) :  Total: $ X

 I’ll submit a post-conference report that will include an executive summary, major takeaways, tips, and recommendations to maximize our current investments in Inflectra’s platforms (Spira & Rapise). I can also share relevant information with key personnel throughout the company.
