Code of Conduct
Code of Conduct
This code of conduct outlines our expectations for participant behavior as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior. All delegates/attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, partners and volunteers (hereafter referred to as “participants”) at InflectraCon™ must abide by the following Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event.
Purpose of this Code of Conduct:
InflectraCon™ is committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or religion. We invite all attendees, volunteers, speakers, and other participants to help us realize a safe and positive conference experience for everyone.
Scope of this Code of Conduct:
We expect all conference participants to abide by this code of conduct at the conference. Any communication and material issued at the conference from sponsors, partners, or from similar parties are subject to this code of conduct, too. If you are unsure if the behavior is appropriate, please contact the conference staff immediately or InflectraCon@inflectra.com.
At InflectraCon™, you agree to:
Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative.
Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory or harassing behavior and speech.
Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants.
Alert conference organizers if you notice a dangerous situation or someone in distress.
These behaviors don’t belong at InflectraCon™:
InflectraCon™ is dedicated to providing a harassment-free and inclusive conference experience for everyone. Therefore, we do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form, such as: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning conduct by any attendee; offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability; inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces (including presentation slides); deliberate intimidation, or cyber-stalking or following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events.
Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from the conference without warning or refund.
Contact us to report an incident:
If, while at InflectraCon™, you have been involved in or have witnessed an incident that violates the Code of Conduct, please let us know. An InflectraCon™ staff member is always available at the front desk. We ask that you share as much information as possible to help us conduct a full investigation of the incident.
